Lisa-Ann is a project management subject-matter expert – knowledgeable in best practices, trends, and technologies that are impacting the project management discipline across industries. She works with organizations to create the project management culture they need to be successful. She assesses pain points, identifies solutions, and implements changes to how projects are identified, prioritized, planned, and monitored. Solutions may include process improvements, template / standards creation, project governance structures, reporting flows, software, and training.
Lisa-Ann also works with individuals to improve their skills in project management and leadership through training and coaching programs - on-site, on-line, and hybrid. She also manages projects that require a strategic perspective and relationship-focused approach.
